Fermentation & Maturation

The fermentation tanks and bright beer tanks are designed to suit the process and hygienic requirements. The completely automated temperature control system allows the brewer to achieve the required cooling profile.
The special product outlet ensures minimal loss of product during transfer. The tanks and process piping are designed to be completely cleaning during CIP without any dead legs.
Since all craft brewing equipment are showpieces, all our cold process tanks are provided with a superior finish internally and externally.
